Order On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, the order of the Court of Appeals of July 12, 1994 is MODIFIED to the extent that the appropriate citations are Sobotka v Chrysler Corp, 447 Mich 1 (1994) and Paschke v Retool Industries, 445 Mich 502 (1994). In all other respects, the application for leave to appeal is DENIED because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court Weaver, J., not participating.
